Brandon Kodi Torres, 26, of Newbury Park, was arrested Friday night for allegedly exposing himself to three girls.
Captain Eric Down of the Ventura County Sheriffs Office reported that Torres was booked into the county jale for a felony charge of indecent exposure with a prior conviction and child annoying with a prior conviction.
