The Ventura County Sheriff Department released the following information.
A 33-year-old male was arrested for possessing stolen property, burglary tools and a controlled substance at Target, 2705 Teller Road, at 6:50 p.m. Aug. 14. He was also under the influence of methamphetamine.
An assailant battered a person between 5:25 and 5:40 p.m. Aug. 9 in the 1600 block of Lawrence Drive.
A female, 25, was arrested for commercial burglary, forgery, identity theft and possession of stolen property at 7:45 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 200 block of Cathy Drive.
Vending machines were vandalized ($1,100 in damage, $750 in currency stolen) on Aug. 14 or 15 in the 2300 block of Borchard Road.
A burglar broke a vehicle gas cap and stole gas around 3:15 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 3300 block of Grande Vista Drive.
Property was stolen from unlocked vehicles at the following locations: on Aug. 15 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino; on Aug. 9 or 10 in the 4000 block of Maurice Drive; on July 31 in the 600 block of Doe Creek Circle; on Aug. 12 or 13 in the 3300 block of William Drive.
A female, 24, was arrested for being drunk in public at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 14 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road.
