It's been here for two years and I never even thought to go in…that's how much I didn't want to like it.  But, I gave in to Pablo who has always liked their pizzas from way back in Santa Monica days (and also at various airports, including LAX when WP's is the only game in town.  (Unless you want an internal lube job.)

So, anyway, go over yourself to see.  We had a quick lunch and it was.  Quick, I mean.  The service was better than good.  I'd even say great.  The patio was comfortable (we were in bike clothes) and very casual.  I had the Ceasar salad/fennel sausage 1/12 pizza combo and both were truly excellent.  The salad was crisp and fresh.  The pizza was made with fresh ingredients and it came to the table very hot, like somebody cared that I got my pizza hot!   It was definitely one of the better pizzas I've had in a long time. Pablo had the plain version w/o the sausage and he gave me his happy pizza face.  (He's a fussy boy when it comes to pizza pie.)

I can't remember exactly how much lunch set us back, but I remember thinking at the time that it was a good deal.  Also had the iced tea (both the flavored and not) and our large glasses were refilled without asking.

We'll be back.
