The second annual Tropical Daze Summer Music Festival returns this weekend to Thousand Oaks.
The event is focused on family-friendly activities that will serve as a way for various charities to raise money.
Events include live Caribbean, reggae, and drum musical performances, activities for kids, and dozens of arts and crafts vendors.
While the free festival is from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, there will be a traditional Hawaiian luau and show from 7 to 9 p.m. by Simi Valley Hula dance group Na Hoalahoa O Polynesia. Tickets are $21 in advance or $30 at the event.
